Like any measurement, your Fitness Profile won't make a difference in how fit you are, but it will help you set reasonable goals, and track progress in a fairly objective manner. This package includes two meetings with the trainer. The initial meeting includes measurements and weight taken. A subsequent meeting will be set to go over all the personalized data for the individual's profile. The data will show how the individual's body is broken down and will also include caloric needs in association with different activity levels.
