Fitness Profile - $150

Like any measurement, your Fitness Profile won't make a difference in how fit you are, but it will help you set reasonable goals, and track progress in a fairly objective manner. This package includes two meetings with the trainer. The initial meeting includes measurements and weight taken. A subsequent meeting will be set to go over all the personalized data for the individual's profile. The data will show how the individual's body is broken down and will also include caloric needs in association with different activity levels.

Clean Eating Plan - $200

Eating clean is a simple and healthy approach to eating. In this Clean Eating Meal Plan you’ll find plenty of whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean protein, whole grains and healthy fats. Clean Eating is a lifestyle based on the goal to remove processed foods from our diet. Clean Eating is a deceptively simple concept and the plan is personalized to the individual. This package includes two meetings with the trainer. The initial is a gathering of information and the second meeting is the presentation & explanation of the plan.

Fitness Profile & Eating Plan - $325

Get your wellness started off on the right path with the pairing of both your Fitness Profile & Clean Eating Plan. This combo is highly recommended and effective. The package also provides a built in savings cost for the individual who is committed to their overall wellness.

Fitness Profile & Eating Plan & Tracking - $535

This package includes both the Fitness Profile & Clean Eating Plan along with twelve weeks of monitored tracking. The individual will keep a food journal to track progress. The individual will also complete measurements with the trainer throughout the twelve-weeks period to ensure progress and gains are being made.

Additional Tracking - $210

This is an add-on to the Fitness Profile & Eating Plan & Tracking, which gives the client an additional twelve weeks of monitored tracking.
