I have the highest recommendations for Jen Wall, the personal trainer at Sculpt. She has made me so much stronger! I started with Sculpt in July and have been training with Jen two days a week since. I am incredibly stronger, more toned, and getting leaner! I also am an equestrian and my riding form has improved as a result of my strength and balance that Jen has worked so hard with me on. I also have knocked two minutes per mile off of my run time! Lastly, when my back decided to “go out” on me, Jen had me so specific exercises that got my back pain-free the next day!! I am so grateful that I made the investment in myself and the decision to take two hours a week for “me time”! Thank you Jen for changing my life!
