Here at Sculpt we are committed to meeting the needs of our clients of all levels, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. This studio features personalized Group Training led by a Certified Trainer. This personalized approach lessens chance of injury and insures proper form. Additionally, it enables the trainer to give modifications where needed. Best of all these classes are full of high intensity FUN!

MEET THE Trainer
Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) as a Certified Fitness Trainer and a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, Jennifer Wall specializes in personal & group training programs. These programs are suitable for both adults and youth. Her passion and devotion to fitness is contagious and she loves motivating people to be the best versions of themselves. Additionally, she loves educating her clients on proper nutrition with a realistic lifestyle approach as a means for fueling the body. Jennifer has competed & trained many people over the years in the sport of running. She has personally received numerous awards through the Annapolis Striders racing series along with other races she has participated in. She has taught Fusion Fitness classes which incorporate different exercise disciplines into one high paced, energy blasting workout! This method of exercise is amazing & extremely effective.Jennifer is a devoted wife and mother to her three children. She believes that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for family. Jennifer is excited that Sculpt and its approach to fitness is a part of the Kent Island community.
